Your door code is sent one hour before your checkin time the day of your arrival. For example, if your checkin time is 3 PM, we will send your door code at 2 PM.

Please note that we will only send your door code via Airbnb message to the person booking the reservation. If you have friends or family that may arrive earlier, please make sure you pass the code onto them. We will not call, text or message the code to any one other than the person who reserve the stay.

Electrical / Water
Both the electrical panel and water shut-off valve are located in the rear of the house near the outdoor shower and AC unit.
Water Shutoff
The water shut-off valve sits between the AC and the outdoor shower.
Electrical Panel
The electrical panel is located on the wall to the left of the AC unit.
Gas Shut off
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Fire Extinguisher
Both the first aide kit and fire extinguisher is located on the wall by the front door, in front of the hall way.
Trash bins
The trash bins are located in the bottom cabinet to the right of the sink.
Outdoor Lighting
For your safety, landscaping, and pool lighting will be automatically controlled to turn on at sunset and off at around 2 AM.
All lighting in front of the house is also set to auto-on at sunset and off at sunrise.
Yard Side Door
As a guest, you will not have an access code for the side door that leads to the backyard. However, you can access it, from inside the backyard, to take out the trash. Please make sure that this door is securely locked from the inside after each use.
First Aide Kit
A first aide kit is in the top hallway cabinet.
Games
Games can be found in the bottom hallway cabinets.
Extra towels & linens
Extra towels and linens can also be found in the bottom hallway cabinet.
Nest thermostats, located on the wall at the start of the hallway, don’t have a touch screen. Use it just like a normal thermostat, turn the ring up when you want it a little warmer, and turn it down when you want it a little cooler. Press your thermostat ring towards the wall to see more options.
The thermostat is locked between 68 to 80 degree range.
Reaching desired temperature requires adequate time especially during summer months due to extreme heat. Lowering the thermostat to 50 degrees will not cool the home faster.
When AC or heat is on, please keep doors and windows closed. If you plan to leave for long period of time, please raise (during summer) or lower (during winter) the temperature before you leave
No Propane Needed
For your convenience, the BBQ is hooked up directly to natural gas ready for immediate use.
BBQ
To start the BBQ, press and hold the ignitor (battery icon) button while simultaneously depressing and turning the first knob clockwise to ignite the first rage. Once the first range is lit, repeat the steps, in sequence from left to right, for the other ranges.
Cookware
The BBQ cookware is located in the middle drawer left of the stove inside the kitchen.
Ignite the long lighter first
Before you turn the gas key, first, ignite the long and put it over the firepit. NEVER turn the gas key first then try to light the firepit.
Turn the gas valve slowly
Turn the gas key slowly, to the left, until the fire ignites. Turning it too fast and too much could result in a big ignition resulting in burns or injury.
Keep flame manageable
After ignition, please keep the flame small and manageable. You may turn it up in small increments if you need more heat. The firepit produces a lot of heat at higher settings and could be dangerous when left at higher settings.
Bar hutch
Bar mix kit, wine, and champagne shoots are inside the bar hutch in the dining room.

Left of the stove, bottom drawer.
Utensils
Utensils, coffee scoops and bbq utensils are found in the top and middle drawer to the left of the sink.
Children dinnerware
Children's dinnerware is located in the bottom drawer to the left of the sink.
Misc items
The can opener, serving utensils, etc…is located in the top drawer next to the sink.
Dinnerware
Dinnerware are located in the top cabinet to the right of the sink.
Serving dishes
Serving dishes and bowls is at the top corner cabinet to the right of the sink.
Cooking basic
We provide cooking basic such as oil, salt and pepper.
Cooking Utensils
Cooking utensils are found in the stop drawer to the left of the stove.
Cookware
Cookware are inside the bottom cabinet to the right of the stove.
Colanders / Tupperware
To the left of the middle cabinet, you will find a salad spinner along with a variety of colanders and tupperware.
