The door and kitchen code are sent one hour before your check-in time the day of your arrival at 3 PM. Checkin is at or after 4 PM.

Access

Enter Gate C
Tents’ guests will enter and exit using Gate C. It’s the last gate of 3.
Gate C is is a two-way gate/driveway so please drive slowly and carefully when entering or exiting.

Parking
Please park headlight first into the designated parking area marked with wood barrier.
Leave room for other vehicle(s) by not parking in the middle.

Go through the gate
Pass this gate and you will see our main common area with the kitchen and bathrooms ahead to your right.
Where to go

Kitchen & Bathroom
Once park, please head over to the common area. Here you will find your bathroom, kitchen, bbq grill, bar and outdoor dining area.
Use the 4-digit kitchen code to access the kitchen to unload your groceries and food.

Bathroom 2
Please use bathroom 2. The key is inside your tent.
Please do not use bathroom 1 at anytime, even if the door is open.

Follow the path
From common area, follow the dedicated path to your tent.

Tent 2
Your tent is the last tent marked with the number 2 on the railing post.

Door Code
Note: If the 4-digit door code is entered incorrectly, the Schlage button will light red and beep twice. If this is the case, please try again.

Unlocking
Close the door, enter the 4-digit door code, and rotate the thumb-turn to the left to lock the deadbolt.

Locking
Enter the 4-digit door code and rotate the thumb-turn right to unlock the deadbolt. Turn the door handle to open the door.
Important: To know

No barefoot
Please always wear shoes or sandals. The ground is native sand that contains sharp rocks, barbs, thorns and cactus spines.
There are also insects that can sting and bite including fire ants, black ants and scorpions.
Guests need not to be concern, just be cautious.

Trash bin
During your stay, you may empty your trash bins into the large bin adjacent to the green container.
At checkout, if your bins are full, our cleaners will take care of it!
Important: Pool and tubs

Soak tubs valves
Please do not overfill the tubs.
If the tubs require cleaning, there are pool skimmer and vacuum on the side of the common building for self service cleaning.

Pool maintenance
During pool maintenance, please step out of the pool and wait 30 minutes after completion to reuse the pool again.
Due to heavy usage, pool has to be maintained on schedule. Skipping maintenance will adversely affect water quality for staying and incoming guests.

Pool equipment
This structure house the pool equipment. Please do not open and tamper with any of the equipment.

How-to

Mini split
Press the mode button to toggle between modes and use he up/down arrow to change temperature.
Remote for min split is on the wall above the bed.
To be effective, the remote has to be pointed directly at the wall handler otherwise settings may not register.
If you cannot see the temperature displayed on the wall handler, press the LED button on the remote.

Stove top
To turn on, turn the knob counter clockwise and you will hear click before ignition. Adjust heat once lit.
BBQ

Gas Valve
BBQ does not require propane tank. It is hooked up directly to a gas line. Just be sure the gas valve is in the on position (as shown in photo).

BBQ Grill
To ignite, press and hold the ignitor button (battery icon) while simultaneously depressing and turning the first knob counter clockwise to the flame icon. After the first range is lit, repeat to turn on the rest of the ranges.
Gas Firepit

Long Lighter
Before you turn the gas key, first, ignite the long and put it over the firepit. NEVER turn the gas key first then try to light the fire-pit.

Turn Gas Valve
Turn the gas key very slowly, to the left, until the fire ignites. Turning it too fast and too much will result in a big ignition that can cause burns and injuries.

Keep Flame Low
After ignition, please keep the flame small and manageable. You may turn it up in small increments if you need more heat. The firepit produces a lot of heat at higher settings and could be dangerous when left at higher settings.
